To provide the best in class services and solutions that address the IT challenges of a “next generation” business model for global organisations, Getronics will complement Wipro’s Deskside Managed Services with its global onsite field support. These services are an integral part of Wipro’s Global IT Outsourcing practice. Additionally, Wipro will leverage the Getronics Multilanguage support in countries where the solution fits the needs of the client. This alliance will provide proven, consistent, global delivery with excellent client satisfaction ratings.
