The Getronics National Data Centre is an enterprise class facility offering Tier 3 capability to deliver a highly robust and resilient infrastructure such that planned site activity, including preventative maintenance, repair, testing and replacement of components, can be performed without interrupting system operations and achieving target facility availability levels of over 99.98%.

The Getronics National Data Centre also offers high levels of service as unplanned outages or disruption can be accommodated without causing a detrimental impact to system operations. For example, the site has dual UPS systems and dual power supplies provided from separate sources. Access control is managed through a three token system, including the use of biometrics.
