In order to support the global needs of our international clients, Getronics has established local presence in 16 countries and has presence in over 90 counties through service partners.

Every year Getronics resolves over 12 million support calls and manages some 4.5 million client assets.

With offices in Farnborough, Milton Keynes, London, Glasgow and Data Centres in Runcorn and Rushden, Getronics has over 1,000 employees in the UK.

Getronics is convinced that an industrial approach of designing, assembling and providing ICT services brings many advantages to our clients with regard to operating efficiency, quality, and economies of scale, re-usability and agility and operates a Global Service Delivery Model (GSDM) that supports and is supported by ITIL v3 and other best practices.

We provide a full lifecycle solution; from inventing core concepts, to implementing business and technological change, right through to ongoing management through our applications management services whilst remaining independently vendor agnostic.

Since 23 October 2007, Getronics has been part of KPN, the main provider of telecommunication services in The Netherlands (Turnover 2010 = €13.4 Billion). The merging of Getronics and KPN’s ICT activities has resulted in the biggest ICT service provider in the Benelux region. Getronics is KPN’s label for all ICT services to the large business user market.

In 2009 Getronics teamed with APX, CompuCom Systems, Getronics Middle East, NTT DATA Getronics, ServiceOne Getronics and TecnoCom to establish a new force in global workspace management; The Getronics Global Workspace Alliance.

The seven founding members of the Alliance (APX, CompuCom Systems, Getronics, Getronics Middle East, NTT DATA Getronics, ServiceOne Getronics and TecnoCom) span the European, American and Asian markets. Through the Getronics Workspace Alliance, Getronics works to provide international organisations with globally consistent IT support, with a specific focus on workspace outsourcing.
