Mark has worked within the IT industry for 25 years with an emphasis on strong client engagement and satisfaction in blue chip organisations that have required a step change in performance both in the private and public sectors.
Mark Cook has previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer of Steria UK, Commercial Business director of Xansa, Managing Director and Head of Consulting of Druid UK. An accountant by background Mark has worked and lived in USA, Europe and Asia.
Nigel has over 30 years ICT experience, in both development and service delivery, and has worked in senior management in a variety of UK and global organisations, managing large teams and transforming IT delivery.
Previous roles include setting up a shared services centre at AXA, being IT director at Arval and Operations and Programme Director at Fujitsu Services. He joined Getronics in 2008 to oversee project management, service delivery and the back office operational teams. The results of the many improvements are recognised by our customers in Equaterra surveys. Nigel is working to enhance the customer-focused culture that delivers services and projects on a consistent basis.
Having started in public practice, Steve moved to London to pursue a career in industry, joining Olivetti as a trainee accountant. After qualifying as a CIMA accountant, Steve moved through the ranks while the companies he worked for were acquired, eventually taking the role of financial controller at Getronics.
Steve became Finance Director and member of the executive board for Getronics UK & Ireland on February 1, 2009. His role involves outlining the medium- and long-term financial goals that form that basis of the company’s business strategy.
After graduating, Jane commenced her HR career in the Retail Industry, working for 12 years for both J Sainsbury Plc and their then joint hypermarket venture with BHS, Savacentre. Her IT & Outsourcing experience commenced after she was approached to join Druid Consulting as Head of HR for the UK.
Jane spent nearly 14 years in various senior HR roles at Druid, the FI Group, Xansa and most recently Steria, before taking up her appointment as HR Director for Getronics UK & Ireland on 27 June 2011. Jane’s role is to ensure that the Getronics’ people strategy is further implemented in the UK, working in close collaboration with the international HR team.
Steve has worked in the IT and Telecommunications sectors for 25 years, with extensive experience in senior management roles. After graduating from Coventry University he spent the first 8 years of his career with Digital Equipment Corporation, starting in their graduate programme and progressing to Head of Major Accounts. Subsequent roles with AT&T, Equant and, Verizon have seen Steve successfully leading blue-chip global service divisions and personally winning high value global IT & Telco outsourcing contracts. Steve joined Getronics UK and Ireland In September 2011 and is responsible for profitable sales and revenue growth.
